    • Excludes damage caused by plumbing freeze events, house settling, foundation movement, neglect, improper chemical cleaners, or unapproved third-party alterations.

    • Projects must have completed the final walkthrough and account settlement to activate warranty coverage.

    Labor Guarantee FAQ

    Our labor guarantee covers the workmanship and installation quality of all remodeling services performed by our team — including tile setting, waterproofing membrane applications, shower builds, floor installation, trim, and cabinetry fitting.

    We provide a 1-year written craftsmanship warranty on installation labor starting from the date of your final project walkthrough and sign-off.

    The guarantee covers our installation labor. It excludes normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage from accidents, customer-supplied material defects, foundation settling or structural shifting of the home, moisture issues originating outside the remodeled area, and work modified or repaired by third parties.
